TM is a visionary engineer who, over the past 20 years, has built a successful engineering firm, pioneered a sustainable inland shrimp farming operation, and worked to ensure food and energy security. His expertise lies in developing innovative solutions that address global challenges. Through his diverse ventures, TM has made significant contributions to creating a more sustainable and secure future. Holds a M.Sc. in Engineering, a CPA designation and is a registered engineer in Canada and the USA.

CFO

Over 20 years experience with private capital markets, domestic and international structuring. Very active in Exempt Market community and was recently the Chairman of the National Exempt Market Association Due Diligence Committee. Mike is a Certified Private Equity Professional and was the founder of an Exempt Market Dealer in Alberta.

Managing Director

Peter Braxton brings over 17 years of expertise in investor relations, capital formation, and programmatic capital syndication, serving LPs, GPs, family offices, and emerging managers across the private capital spectrum. He advises PEAK on structuring, fundraising, and operational strategies, leveraging experience with clients such as Blue Marlin Partners, Santé Ventures, and Trinity Investors.

Monte has more than 35 years of experience in the management of power plants and well fields within the geothermal industry. He has managed geothermal power plants and well fields in Nevada, California, Hawaii, Utah and New Mexico for six companies from assistant manager to executive. He is a on the Board of Directors of Geothermal Rising.
